My boots lasted 4 months and then they started to come apart. After writing to customer service, I was offered a 15% discount that could not be combined with other offers, while on the site they were offering a 25% Black Friday discount. This is what you call being made fun of!

The original order was placed on August 16, 2023 with order #: 737****. I ordered two pairs of shoes which I received. I also ordered both the navy Knox "Paris" tote and the black Knox tote with St. Barts on it. i only received the Paris tote. I never received the black St. Barth's tote. The order says still waiting to be picked up. I have never received any follow-up about what happened or offering me a refund. We are in a whole different year now. Unacceptable.

As I said previously, in other emails did not receive the trainers because the delivery van got broken into where I live so therefore I will need a refund or another pair sent out. I rung the DPD the delivery company and they give me a case number. 10726**** I will be grateful if someone could reply back to me

I bought two pairs at the south beach location and since it was not available in store they ordered it. I received only one pair.

After waiting 3 weeks for the second pair when I called the store they told me that it was never ordered and they will order it asap and ship it to me.

I received the sandals this time only to find out that there were 2 left feet sandals and two different sizes.

Well I started to call again and this time they said send us back the one sandal that is the wrong size.

They promised me to send me the return label and never did.

AGAIN. I have been calling the south beach store and either no one responds or says the manager will call me back but on one does

Like everyone else, I order online, the package never got delivered. It shows by the tracking number was delivered but never got home. WHAT A COINCIDENCE! I called and they told me to wait for an investigation, I persisted on a refund which was granted after emails, chats and unsuccessful attempts. The lady of the phone was cutting my sentences and telling me I had to wait, terrible service, the packages are never delivered. They rob people online.
