Delivery of items

I love Steve Madden, but the problem I have is the turnaround time for your deliveries. Your shipping is not prompt and I pay for expedited services, but they never come on time. It takes about a month and that is too long.

I order two pair of shoes and I only put them twice and when I went to put them on a third time the soul of the shoe was coming off . All kept them in the box.. why is my shoes fallen apart.. and everytime I call its no answer.. I spend my money on them shoes and they fallen apart why is that..

Worst material.. shoes were horribly made and very uncomfortable.

It’s not the heel,, but the material used cuts into my narrow feet.

Customer service is awful. No point !!!

I do not have a complaint about your products the I was asking a question about a pair of tennis shoes that I purchase and will like to know if theres a possibility that they would have the ones that I watch which is the high top with rhinestones on it and I want them in all white I had purchased a pair in the Dillers in Westfield mall in Brandon and had to take them back because they were the incorrect size and then I purchased another pair online to Dillers and they sent me the incorrect tennis shoes they sent me one that had the black black line what to pay hoping to get the correct one but didnt happen still came with the black line Im looking for the one all white rhinestone and cook their like ankle high I hat one pair had to take back it was too small if you could please send me the number or see if you can locate one in a size 7 1/2 or

Received shoes for birthday gift, February 13, losing bling already!!! I purchased the white ones also and the orange!! I work for Harley Davidson and everyone who sees them wants them!!! But I can not wear the black ones being they look bad!!! I do not have a receipt because they were a gift. J in love these shoes, I just need them replaced!!! I wear a 8.5.

hi I have a complain at Qatar branch that the employee at Villaggio mall give me before a voucher with 149 qr and signed it and they know me well i am a customer there but the one their said this employee resigned and the voucher bar code is erased so i cant get any thing and they right it before with pen because they know writing go with one week and they took print from one week know saying management will contact with me so i need my money back please her the attachment for the voucher

Ive spent 2 weeks of the holiday calling and checking status on my shoes which i placed back in November. The customer service team seems outsourced and are very rude.. when they make mistakes they never take accountability.. they just offer you 20% off of your next order. Which i would be a FOOL to every purchase from them again! They finally sent the order on 12/24, one DAY before Christmas.( only because i called everyday twice a day) I had the worst shopping experience of my life. The product was damaged( thread coming out, heels had wrinkles terribly made) With their rating, service and cheaply made products. Steve Madden should close down.
