Ordered a few items for the wife birthday and they left the status as "in process" for a few days even though i paid for 2 day shipping. I chatted with them a few times and always told me will arrive by friday" Live chat was a joke (not their fault) as i thinking the software they use is low end.
I could tell the chat rep tried but they refused to expedite an alternative to solve the issue which is the real pain.
Not being flexible to make the customer in this day and age is weak business. Had to cancel the order one day before the wife's birthday and find a plan B.
