I order three pairs of Steve Madden shoes on December 27th, 2017. I ordered Hound Grey Suede, Hound Black Suede, and Fraction Nav NU, all in size 13.

When they arrived, Tuesday, January 9, 2018, I noticed that the shoes had marks, stains, and scuff marks on them. I called the Steve Madden customer service number and was given an $4 dicount on each of the shoes. I asked them if I could recieve another pair and I was tild that the shoes were out of stock.

The Steve Madden site never stated that they were usd shoes. As a payjng customer, Steve Madden should let the consumers know if the shoes were either returned or that they have a defect.
