i sent back my boot because the zip came loose in August. i was told the shoe will be ready in a week's time but until the 10th October no feedback or any form of communication was received until i had to go to the store and find out for myself.
i live 120km away from Canal Walk store to have such inconvenience from a highly reputable store. It is an unacceptable behaviour. within a week of being there threatning now the shoe is ready. Its soooooooooooooo unacceptable.
One uses certain shops because of needing expectations to be met without a doubt. i was very dissappointed by the service at your store.
